There were a couple issues with packaging and quality but I want to say that customer service was super on it and sent out replacements ASAP

I have recieved a table lamp. I cannot find a bulb to fit under the metal shade. I do not know how to reach anyone to see if they indeed sent me the wrong shade. I cannot contact a human through etsy
