Shopping Experience: Extremely easy. The website showed wonderful preview of the Chandelier I ordered and allowed for ease of sizing. Checkout was a breeze and using the Shop app allowed for tracking.
Ordering: Company uses Shop app. You will need to download it and sign in to track the order progress. On the site and email, the company does state that it may take a few weeks due to each item being made at the time of ordering. I received my chandelier approx. three weeks after ordering.
Installation: Very simple and easy! Really a no-brainer; however, there are instructions for those that need it.
Item quality: The chandelier was exactly what I was expecting and as described on the website. We are extremely happy with the design and construction.
